Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at least 48 HOURS in advance in order to avoid cancellation fees. Notify us of any changes to your schedule within 48 hours of your appointment. Last minute cancelations will result in a fee of $25 or 50% of the booked service, whichever amount is greater. More than 3 cancelations outside of this time frame will require 100% payment of the service missed, and deposit payments for all future bookings. No shows will no longer be tolerated as this puts a financial strain on the business and is not fair to other clients. Thank you for understanding!
