Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes. We operate by appointment only to ensure every client receives dedicated time and personalized care. You can view availability and book, cancel or reschedule online at your convenience.
How do I know which service is right for me?
If you're unsure which service to book, we're happy to help. Reach out before booking, and we'll recommend the treatment that best suits your goals and answer any questions you may have.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Our full policy is available during the booking process.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept cash. We are working on accepting major credit and debit cards, along with other payment methods available through our booking system in the future.
